Damaged or Incorrect Orders

To assist with your claim, please provide:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
Photos of the packaging

Upon review, we may offer a replacement product at our sole discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Twisted Beauti Collection is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or returned.
